Now that Nikki Haley has emerged as a real contender in some GOP polls, Trump is shifting away from swiping at Ron DeSantis and is honing in on Haley. His campaign launched its first TV ads critical of Haley’s position on Immigration. Trump is also bringing back the birther conspiracy. and saying that because Haley’s parents were not both born in the United States, she is not qualified to be president. Meanwhile at court, it’s not looking so hot for Trump‘s claim of presidential immunity. Three Appeals Court judges on the panel asked tough questions about whether presidents could use the military to kill their own rivals while they are in office.
