Earlier this week, UFC CEO Dana White made some big announcements as it relates to December's UFC 323 event — the final pay-per-view card under the ESPN banner before the shift to Paramount — and revealed that Merab Dvalishvili will attempt to defend his bantamweight title for the fourth time.
