ABOUT KEVIN
Kevin Cape has had a diverse career journey that eventually led him to discover his passion for building a strong and positive company culture. His career began in the nonprofit sector, where he worked in after-school programs and kids' camps. Following this, he transitioned to a role at JetSuite, a private jet company, starting out in operations.
It was during his time at JetSuite that Kevin recognized the importance of a strong workplace culture. Within his first few months in the role, he identified that the company's culture was lacking and not as powerful as it could be. This realization sparked his interest in creating a positive and impactful work environment.
Despite the challenges, Kevin remains committed to his mission of promoting a strong and positive workplace culture. His experiences in both the nonprofit and private industries shaped his understanding of the importance of a thriving company culture, and he now dedicates himself to building and promoting this in the organizations he works with.
