While this answering this question, you'll need to find the right coach. This coach must possess all of the right criteria which Russ and Joey lay out for you. This isn't just someone who can write an insurance policy. A coach needs to be someone who is also actively doing what they're preaching to you, all while sharing their own success and failures. You also shouldn't have to settle for a coach who only checks on you once a year. IBC is a process, not a product.
