Matt has been conducting interventions since 2005 and started his own company, Freedom Interventions in 2010. During that time, he has led well over 1000 interventions and helped families and individuals get the resources to find lasting recovery from addiction and mental health issues.
Following an intervention in 2001 by his family due to his alcohol and substance addictions, Matt got sober on April 6, 2003 and has been so ever since. Today, he lives in Bend, OR with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys hunting, fly fishing, and scuba diving.
