S2 - E5 - Meghan Read - On Intuition, Self-Work & Holistic Healing Practices In Corporate And Personal Worlds

Hello everyone, and welcome to a new episode of MIND unplugged. You tuned in today for a lovely episode about mental, spiritual and physical wellbeing. Today I have the pleasure of talking to Meghan Read. First of all, Meghan is a dear and inspiring friend of mine. She is a well being and spiritual seeker in our human realm, active in the fields of Reiki, crystal and sound healing, life coaching and more; we will learn much more about her activities throughout today’s episode. She advocates mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health in both personal and corporate environments. 

In this episode, Meghan shares her stories and how she started walking down the path of holistic healing. It all began with the belief that the human body can heal itself; with enough determination, faith in one's mind and body, one can regenerate himself. 
This episode also features a visualisation exercise. This exercise can be tried out by yourself by following her guidance. This exercise can help us determine how our own intuition speaks to us. May that be through hearing, feeling, seeing, through the mind's eyes and ears that is something we are all gifted with.
