The Midlife Momentum Podcast 34: Embracing Aging and Your Inner Wild Woman with Audrey Danaher
Today I get to talk to Audrey Danaher.
Audrey's not only the author of the book, "Becoming of Age", and living life over 60 on her terms, but she also happens to be my cousin!
I'm thrilled to have her on the podcast, to talk to her about our inner wild woman, and how we can continue learning and growing through what she calls The Third Stage of life (i.e. life over 60.)
Last week on the podcast I talked about loving your age, and this week Audrey gives us a beautiful example of what there is to love about aging.
Enjoy the episode!

Audrey Danaher is a writer and recently retired registered nurse with a background in public health nursing, health policy, research, and teaching at the undergraduate level. Her writing, which focuses on women’s experiences in later life, began when she chronicled (through a blog) her journey training for the New York City Marathon in 2014. Now, her recently published book, ‘Becoming of Age’ explores women’s experiences in the Third Stage of Life- that period that starts about age 60 – and the many possibilities that abound for a vibrant life.
