Power of Gratitude - My Daily Practice

I'm a huge believer that so much of 'THE GAME' is mental. Mindset is everything. I've shared my thoughts before on this podcast, on my youtube channel, and my blog about one of the most powerful tools in my toolbox to harness positivity in a seemingly tough situation: a daily gratitude practice. Many of you have asked me what that is, how I do it, and how you can start.
