Joey has found the courage to heal from addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Through all of this, he has discovered meaning and purpose in his life.

Joey aims to share his purpose with as many people as possible while on this planet. Using fitness, nutrition, and meditation, he helps people create positive habits to organize and structure their lives in a way that facilitates positive transformation.
