Charles Key is a former Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 90 from 2006 to 2012. He served as an Assistant Majority Floor Leader. He also served as a Representative from 1986 to 1999. His recent book, Stolen Government, outlines the ways in which legislative rulemaking often prevents elected representatives from representing the people who voted them into power.
