Brad has been working closely with funders, intermediaries, founders & visionary entrepreneurs for his entire professional career (30+ years). He is a venture finance expert, and creator and developer of a suite of info products, tools & services to help startup founders, funders and teams do more deals faster. Also, he is an active seed investor, company advisor, entrepreneur & lawyer.
Brad is a creator and producer of Venture Finance 101 Masterclasses and Term Sheet Battle™ – digital courses and live programs to educate and empower startup founders, funders & teams. He has been engaged to advise on more than 150 angel and venture capital financings, more than 50 mergers and acquisitions, and 10+ public offerings.
Over the past ten years, he has lived and worked in four countries – the USA, Denmark, Australia & now Switzerland.
Brad served as President and CEO of a bootstrapped and profitable consumer Internet software + services global tech startup.
He was a co-founder of an innovative law firm for startups and emerging growth companies.
Also, he was a founding business leader of a cross-faculty innovation center at one of the world’s top 50 research-intensive universities.
