With over 30 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Operations Director, he has worked on a variety of projects in sectors such as industrial, retail, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and civil engineering. Jim has expertise in dispute resolution and interim commercial management, representing both clients and contractors. As the Group Managing Director, he oversees the coordination of the company's activities and explores new business ventures.
