While Joe Magyer's podcast, which came in at #2, was easily the most impactful on the community, this interview with Nick was the most impactful on me.
It's probably because Nick and I spent 2 hours at the borderlands between starting and running a business that has impact, and identifying people who you can invest with to make their dream a reality.
As a humble founder himself, Nick's backstory is very unique amongst guests of the show. As a result of his foundational experiences in business, journalism and music; plus his time spent at Australia's most recognisable venture capital firm, Blackbird VC, Nick brought uncommon concepts and wisdom to the show. And to me.
