Tiffany Archibong is an IT Specialist with 14 years of experience in the U.S. Air Force, and also a small business owner in the Tampa Bay area.
During our conversation, I found out the most-used app on her phone, the fact that she’s a morning person, the interesting and creative hobby she picked up during the pandemic that turned into a profitable side gig, her thoughts on exploring creativity to be able to survive today’s chaotic economy, the first social media platform she used, and more.
We spoke about her goals in the tech industry regarding industry certifications and exams, the relationship between education and experience, the impact of impostor syndrome, which IT fields are more profitable, the way in which people are transitioning into the tech industry by going about it the wrong way, the importance of building and maintaining strong networks to have solid careers.
