Having a experienced a mild-burnout at the end of 2020, I spent a few days in denial & feeling pretty stuck. As soon as I committed to following these 5 steps, I managed to shift the burnout and the enevitable mindset blocks that accompanied it much faster than usual! Now I feel like I have come back win
