EP48: Lucid Dream Story (Feat. The Jung and The Restless Podcast)

This episode is a collaboration with  The Jung & The Restless, a dream interpretation podcast. Olivia, Victor & Zach helped me understand a recent lucid dream by using an online dream symbols database. We also use other methods of dream-sharing in order to really dive deep and break down the dream. We talked about lucid dreaming, and how to improve dream control skills.


To submit your dream for interpretation, send an email to thejungandtherestlesspod@gmail.com with the following information:

• Please describe your dream in as much detail as possible. All the colors, feelings, images, people, places that you can remember.
• Your name, or a pseudonym for us to use on the podcast.
• Your most honest feelings about the people from your waking life who appear in your dream
• What’s been on your mind the most in the last few days or around the time of the dream
• Are you experiencing any fears, frustrations, or relationship issues?
