Veteran, author, and mental health advocate Doug Paul Fleming joins Cait and Lindsay to tell his story of overcoming a lifetime of trauma, both from childhood and from being a member of the U.S military. Hear the inspiring story of how Doug turned his pain into purpose, and has dedicated his life to helping others with PTSD move through their trauma.

D. Paul Fleming is a retired & disabled US Navy Veteran, Life Coach, Business Consultant, and a published Author. In alignment with his Native American heritage and spiritual gifts he is also a seasoned holy man, spiritual advisor, and healer. Mr. Fleming’s book, 2442 Steps To Crazy, is a true story about personal transformation and overcoming childhood abuse and trauma at the hands of a tyrant family member. His mission is to advocate for Veterans and help others heal from trauma, PTSD, and child abuse. He’s been married for almost 4 decades, raised 6 children, and enjoys 9 grand children.
