Dr. Allen is an ambitious visionary in every sense. She is an Internal Medicine Physician by trade, but a curiosity and apprehension to start her own injection treatments led her to a path in Aesthetics. She started The Skin Clique as a single injector with a giant vision and a meticulous attention to detail. Fast forward a few years, and she now runs a MEGA brand! The Skin Clique spans 12 states, 85 Providers, 14 Physicians, and ZERO chance of slowing down.

She has an obsession for doing things right. Crossing her T’s and dotting her I’s is no doubt a way of life, but it’s a necessity for someone running a Concierge Medicine Practice at scale. She talks about the legal, compliance and patient safety regulations you must be aware of and comply with to protect your practice and your providers. With so many states under her purview, she works closely with her legal team to make sure she's got the right supervision ratios, chart sign-off protocols, home health scope of practice training, etc.

Her passion is for her providers and her patients. A big reason Dr. Allen chose this practice design was to give women the flexibility to work & be a mom without sacrificing their career potential. To that point, she wants to make sure providers enjoy their jobs and feel confident in giving great service. This comes through in everything she does, including strict requirements on things like dermal filler injections. You get the sense that although those restrictions are in large part for patient safety and to mitigate unnecessary risks, it's also to make sure providers can focus on what they are good out, enjoy their jobs and not feel pressured to do things they either aren't ready for or aren't comfortable with.

She also talks about her latest adventure- the "Beauty knocks. Box." which is a medical-grade skincare subscription box that helped The Skin Clique stay connected to patients during the pandemic by offering an array of skincare products tailored to their specific needs.
