During our conversation, I found out the most-used app on her phone, the fact that she’s a morning person, the interesting and creative hobby she picked up during the pandemic that turned into a profitable side gig, her thoughts on exploring creativity to be able to survive today’s chaotic economy, the first social media platform she used, and more.

We spoke about her goals in the tech industry regarding industry certifications and exams, the relationship between education and experience, the impact of impostor syndrome, which IT fields are more profitable, the way in which people are transitioning into the tech industry by going about it the wrong way, the importance of building and maintaining strong networks to have solid careers. We also talked about the pros and cons of social media in terms of self-esteem, social anxiety, narcissism, peer pressure, destructive imitation, the spread of dangerous ideologies, and more.
