In this episode, I speak to Real Investor Luke Shelton. Luke was in the corporate sector but he always knew that it wasn’t for him. He continued to research real estate while he was in his full-time job. Finally, in 2014 Luke decided to take the plunge and started doing a wholesale deals. He then built his business up slowly and has now quit his job and been an investor full-time for two years. Now, he buys houses subject to and sells them on owner financing.

Luke shares how finally took action and freed himself from his job, his unique way of sourcing deals, and what tools he uses in his business.
