

1. Creating a Morning Practice That Actually Works
On The Inner Light Podcast today I am so excited to dive into this topic with you all. In this episode, I cover how you can create your own morning practice and why it's important to take the time to curate one that specific to YOU. I talk about the exact practices that I use in mine, and why they are important.
Implementing a morning practice is something I encourage all my clients to do, and the ones that do honestly see such a difference. It completely transformed my life in a relatively short amount of time to be fair and is the first step to over-coming self-doubt.
It’s allowed me to build a spiritual practice and connect to my faith & spirit guides. I now have such a strong relationship with my self - I trust myself, believe in myself, love myself, and I value my own worth. I've learnt to manage self-doubt, and I've most recently overcome a generalised anxiety disorder, and I am officially celebrating coming off my anxiety medication in the last 2 months after being told I was going to be on for the rest of my life by my doctor. Although it wasn't just the morning routine that got me to this point, I can confidently say that having the consistency of personal growth in my everyday life and putting the focus back on me, massively contributed.
That said - it HAS to be specific and bespoke to YOU. Not anyone else. So it's important to take the time to curate a morning practice that will get results the way you want them.
