The focus of the first series of the podcast was about how people find meaning and purpose. The major insight was that most people find their meaning after a fall or stumble in life. And this is exactly how I found my purpose. Stopping drinking was a major social and business hurdle for me and the learning provided has filled my life with meaning.
The second series of the podcast will focus on my alcohol-free heroes. Those brave and courageous AF-adventurers who help inspire people take a break and transform their lives. For me, going alcohol-free is the ultimate life and performance tool and my hope is that this series will inspire, motivate and encourage even more people to join me on the fun side of the island!
