Sharron Mendel Swain is the Managing Producer at Bham Now, a 4-year-old digital media startup based in Birmingham, Alabama. She's a graduate of Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, in Brighton, England. After a lifetime of adventures across the globe, she came back to her hometown and is thrilled to have the opportunity to produce positive news about the area. In her spare time, she's raising two lively boys, going on lots of walks and finally reading The Lord of the Rings.
