Episode 211 Taming the Wilderness Within: Centering Prayer and the Via Negativa

Brian Russell teaches on Taming the Wilderness Within: Centering Prayer and the Via Negativa. During Lent as well as the rest of the year, embrace practices such as centering prayer as a means of allowing God to do the deep sanctifying work that God desires to do in each of us. The via negative is spiritual growth through subtraction. In this practical and actionable episode, Brian explores the transformational possibilities of the consistent practice of the prayer of silence, i.e., centering prayer.
