How can we figure out how to find relief from chronic pain and illness when there are so many complicated pieces to healing, and so many mixed messages about where to start? Holistic wellness specialist and clinical nutritionist Amanda Nova joins Cait and Lindsay to discuss the many different aspects of how we can heal, and how to reconnect with our bodies after trauma and chronic illness. Amanda shares her own journey to finding relief,  and how she helps her clients piece together what works for themselves; because everyone’s map to healing is so different.

After struggling with her own chronic pain and illness for several years, Amanda Nova took her health into her own hands by deeply immersing herself into the wellness space. With an unrelenting will to heal herself, she became certified and proficient in several holistic healing modalities including Ayurveda, Herbalism, Applied Kinesiology (muscle testing), Iridology (naturopathic study of the iris), Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupressure, Embodiment/Somatic practices, and Holistic Nutrition. In 2020, she went back to school for Clinical Nutrition to learn evidence-based information on nutrition, herbs, genetics and lifestyle for disease prevention and disease states. Today, she shares her tools and tips with her growing audience from all over the world.
