The President’s press conference could have gone better. President Biden responded to a couple of questions about whether he was up to the job of being president in a strong and forceful way. He did, however mix up the names of his vice president, Kamala Harris, and his opponent, Donald Trump. This came after another moment where he misspoke at a NATO press event introducing President Vladimir Zelinski as President Putin. He quickly corrected himself and recognized the error. Normally, this might just seem like a flub, but with all the extra scrutiny on President Biden - some are using it as mounting evidence that he should withdraw from the race.
