Creating the margin of safety in your training for improved results will take 3 different routes for each of these kinds of athletes. Some will focus on training related things, and others on non-related items. But finding the right thing to focus on will have a huge impact on whether or not you can create that margin of safety in your training to see greater results with less time, or not.
