Ashley Bernardi saw her father die in front of her as a child. As an adult, after the birth of her third child, she had a physical and mental breakdown. That time of her life led to great transformation, change, and healing. She came up with a framework to feel your feelings and published a lovely pocketbook guide for hope and healing which compiles interviews from the world's top leaders in science, wellness, health, spirituality.

Ashley hosts the award-winning podcast 2 Girls Talking with her friend Anna Davalos, founder of Alejo Media. She has a deep passion and interest in topics related to health, wellness, science, spirituality, well-being, and parenting, and recently completed her certificate in the Science of Well Being at Yale University.

The oldest child in a proud military family, Ashley was born in Schweinfurt, Germany, and has lived and worked in New York City and Washington, D.C. She currently resides in Northern Virginia with her family.
