* advice to current founders: If you're thinking of starting a company, don't get stuck with analysis paralysis. Focus on getting something that delights people into the hands of users and everything else will just kind of fall into place.

* how do you recharge? Athletics and playing sports. Spending time with dog and girlfriend. Playing video games competitively.
