He points out that what you see in the physical world is nothing but the manifestation of the thoughts and ideas you cultivate in your mind. If you can build an image of something in your mind, then you’re already capable of creating a physical replica of it in your world.

What a person thinks he or she becomes. So you’ve got to shift your viewpoint and focus on thinking about how you can achieve your goals and not why you can’t. As Bob reminds us, “You are the only problem you will ever have, and you are the only solution.”
