Recently, ten out of the last twelve Best Picture Awards have gone to R-rated movies. And, all five of the major academy awards this year were R-rated flicks. Kevin Swanson outlines biblical reasons why Christians must not fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness in the theater. Here are the deal killers—bad underlying worldviews, cursing, swearing, the f-word, and nudity. We provide biblical reasons why viewing nudity in film and billboards is sinful. Besides the problem of lust, there is the issue of shaming persons made in the image of God.
