In our Prestigious Pints series, exclusively for our Patreon subscribers, we went (virtually of course) all the way to the other side of the world to chat with the most experienced agile coach in the Antipodes...Sandy Mamoli.

Sandy is an awesome multi-lingual coach and all round individual who has blazed a trail over in New Zealand (and many other countries as well) for all things agile and it was great to finally catch up with her and chat about all things agile.

We tried (but failed) to avoid talking about how the pandemic isn't affecting life in New Zealand as much as everywhere else in the world. Instead we talked about animals in the office, her journey as a coach including her time as an Olympian, the fear and value of self-selection and how words can mean significantly different things in different cultures.
