In this episode, Damian describes his own upbringing in an impoverished area of Manchester. As the son of a famous boxing coach, he tells us how the gym and events at school shaped his values and future.  

Damian explains how we should keep a focus on representing the true value of ourselves, why values should be accompanied by specific behaviours and how success leaves clues.

Damian offers some practical advice for teachers and people in other professions going into new organisations/ positions and shares some of his learnings from the best in the business.
