Tim Robinson was born into a "coaching & teaching family", and has found his own passion and love in coaching. After having worked in the Division 2 football world, has transitioned to helping coaches reach more athletes via the TrainHeroic platform. Tim and I sat down to talk about coaching and how to be the best coach you can be.

But our conversation went so much deeper than to be only for coaches, we went deep on topics that effect anyone who is involved in fitness, for themselves or others, and wants to leverage fitness to help them perform more optimally in their own lives.
