Managing anger and emotions is one of the most common topics that comes up in our Sober Mom Cafe meetings. Once the barrier of alcohol is removed, it is so common to feel a lot of the emotions that you’ve been numbing for years. Today my mom Susan, our resident psychologist, joins me to talk about dealing with these emotions that arise in early sobriety.
