Dr. Brain is an author, speaker, educator and board-certified psychologist with nearly twenty years of clinical experience treating highly acute clients struggling with mental health and substance abuse. He also facilitates a support group for families needing to get loved ones into treatment and provides family crisis interventions for families desperate for help.

He also practices what he preaches and cares for his body by practicing mindfulness techniques, strength and weight training, and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, which will get into in today's conversation.
