In her career spanning 3 decades and counting, Sierra's story is as compelling as it is remarkable.

Sierra was pronounced dead on Christmas Eve 1995 when she was 32 from an undiagnosed tubular pregnancy of 4 months that caused her to nearly bleed to death.

During her time "on the other side", she had a conversation with God and was asked 4 questions that would forever change the course of her life and was shown her path and purpose and from that experience, rose the spirit of a Woman Warrior: a strong-willed, compassionate, and fearless entity.

Although she could not give birth to children she gave birth to the 4 Body Fit™ Method. Her 4 Body Fit™ Method became an international movement of women’s empowerment workshops and retreats and created the 4 body trend. She has been on the speaking circuit since 1996. The 4 Body Fit™Method has been clinically proven by the Department of Psychology at American University, DC in clinical trials that prove its effectiveness for healing and empowering females of all ages. Sierra’s best-selling book, Goddess to the Core and teachings continue to be a catalyst to over millions of women and girls around the globe to reclaim their power.

Sierra spearheaded the current trends in the self-help and wellness industries. Her programs created the benchmark in leading institutions Kripalu Center and Omega Institute and universities amongst others. She was the first to address and define empowerment and the lack of it in the Women’s Empowerment and Women’s Health movement and identify personal is professional.
