While practicing law, he stumbled upon an article about lease arbitrage that caught his attention and sparked his entrepreneurial spirit. Intrigued by the concept, Jeff saw the potential and decided to take action. He started by leasing a house across the street from where he was living, furnishing it, and renting it out as a vacation rental. This initial foray into the industry laid the foundation for what would become a remarkable success story, eventually growing his venture into a 150-property company that encompassed a diverse range of properties, from luxury homes to apartment buildings.

Building on his industry experience, Jeff then founded HostGPO, a platform designed to assist fellow property owners in obtaining discounted furniture, linens, and supplies while leveraging his buying power to secure better discounts for his properties.

With his legal background and entrepreneurial drive, Jeff has become a respected figure in both the legal and vacation rental realms, bringing a unique perspective and valuable insights to the table.
