For applicants to the Master's in Management program, it is important to have a strong academic background with a prerequisite quantitative course such as pre-calculus or statistics. The average GPA for admitted students is around 3.6 to 3.7. While work experience is not a requirement, showcasing involvement in extracurricular activities and internships can enhance an applicant's profile. The program accepts both the GRE and GMAT, with the possibility of test waivers for applicants with a GPA above 3.3. The essay questions require concise and thoughtful responses, highlighting goals, strengths, areas of development, and teamwork abilities. Optional essays can be used to provide additional context or address any gaps in the application. Admissions interviews focus on behavioral-based questions to assess academic and professional behavior, diversity, equity, and inclusion perspectives.
