In Part 2 of The Hardest Thing episode begun a couple of weeks ago, we take a deeper dive into why it's so difficult to be in the present moment.

What does it mean to "surrender"?

What does acceptance mean?

If you accept the present moment, are you giving up? Giving in?

If you stopped resisting what is, what becomes available to you that is not available inside your resistance?

These are the questions we'll explore as we unpack how to navigate the hardest thing we'll ever do.
