Shea Wingate is a licensed therapist and also a grief and loss coach who helps equip her clients to be able to maneuver through the fog, understand the changing relationship with loved ones, and grow around loss. After losing her father, mother, and older sister within a 13-month period, her identity was shaken and made her realize that grief means saying goodbye to your loved ones and also saying goodbye to a version of yourself. Shea knows that no one will ever fully know your pain, but her goal is to equip her clients with tools and to help redefine their experience of grief.
