Why Stopping and Starting Matters

Welcome to the 2nd episode of the Productive Pastor! 😁   This episode is the final episode in our interlude before we kick season 1 officially off!!!   It is so awesome to be back with you. As I thought about how I wanted to restart the whole Productive Pastor ecosystem back off, I knew I wanted to find the chance to be a little personal and take the time to share why I felt the need to shut everything down several years ago. I also wanted to talk briefly about the ways I have grown over the last few years and why I feel like it is important to bring things back together.    To do this well I knew I needed another storyteller to be part of all of this. My friend Omar Al-Rikabi was the perfect person for this. I had interviewed Omar on a previous episode during the first version of the podcast, plus he is just a great all around friend. We chatted on a phone call about all of the things mentioned earlier and it was a fantastic time.    I can’t wait for season 1 to launch in December.
