He’s a real estate investor who came from humble beginnings in North Philadelphia, and in this podcast, he shares his journey from being the 10th kid in a large family to becoming a vice president of operations in a corporate job for 22 years! He talks about how he decided to pursue his passion and his desire to achieve more for himself through real estate investing.

Lenny shares his experiences of living with his siblings and his relationship with his father, how he found his path to real estate investing, and his strategy of buying high-cash-flow properties in areas where people from his hometown would buy their properties. He also shares the details of his previous job in medical billing, his investment strategy, and the importance of investing in real estate when the time is right. He talks about his goal of buying one property per year and how he achieved it, his experience of being laid off from work and how he managed to have seven properties by that time, and he talks about his short-term rental investments and how he manages them.
