Mathias brings a unique and multifaceted perspective to our conversation. He holds a Doctor of Law degree from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School π, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Political Science π»ποΈ, and a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance π΅, both from the University of Toronto.
His diverse background includes serving as President of the University of Toronto Students' Union π, working as a Communications Advisor for a Toronto City Councillor ποΈ, and even directing music for various churches and choirs πΌ. Mathias has also been actively involved in LGBTQ+ advocacy π³οΈβπ, including work with The 519, a prominent LGBTQ+ community center in Toronto.
