A self-educated fitness nerd, he combined his parallel studies in psychology, adult learning, and behavior change and started helping his theater ecosystem of colleagues with their fitness and nutrition. Long story short, Mark built a brand in NYC that is likely one of the most eclectic, inclusive, and unique microgyms I've seen. Also, generating $4MM in annual revenue isn't shabby either.
