008: Greek Mythology: Part Two: Jason and the Argonaughts*

In one of the greatest stories from ancient Greece, dubbed the 'Avengers' of Greek Mythology, it's a band of heroes, demigods, and kings that serve as a single crew under the command of Jason. It is Jason's mission to sail to the end of the world, to the kingdom of Cholkis, Ancient Georgia, to retrieve a golden fleece that is guarded by a dragon. In this adventure, they hop from island to island, and the crew suffers mutiny and war and even moments of foul-smelling love. The History of Modern Greece covers the events of the Greek People from the fall of Constantinople in 1453 to the Greek War of Independence in 1821-1832, all the way through to the Greco-Turkish War from 1919 to 1922.
