This week we are joined by Nikki Rostami and Max Nicholls who share their experiences of transitioning from a hospital based Dental Core Training year into General Dental Practice. Transitioning from a large organisation to a fast-paced independent dental practice can be daunting – especially so soon after graduation. Nikki and Max share their own stories, experiences and advice to inspire others to do the same whilst also discussing frankly the reasons for their reluctance to leave secondary care completely.
