Welcome to Inner Child December! For the month of December, we will have new episodes every Friday with a new guest each week! We will tackle everything from relationships to forgiveness, to dance and play! I hope these episodes mean as much to me as they do to you. They’ve been such a joy to record, and it’s been so informative and healing to my inner child. 

This week we have the phenomenal Jordan Dann (she/her) to talk about relationships and how our inner child impacts our relationships. Jordan is a somatic couples therapist and gives some incredibly valuable and wise insight into relationships and conflict awareness. We chat about learning how to tap into vulnerability in conflicts, conflict zones, and how our inner child needs impact how we act in relationship with others.
