Scott Brandley, CEO of Shopper Approved and Trust Guard, boasts a 26-year career with over 40 software products. He is a Cialdini-Certified Ethical Influence Practitioner and Coach. In 2006, his software company drove the success of StomperNet, a massive internet launch. That year, he also founded Trust Guard, a website security company protecting businesses and consumers for over 17 years.

 

In 2010, Scott and his team launched Shopper Approved, an online rating platform, earning recognition as one of America's fastest-growing companies. Scott is also an author with a religious podcast called “Latter-Day Lights,” balances a love/hate relationship with golf, and cherishes family time.

Duane “DJ” Sprague, CMO of Shopper Approved, is a conversion rate expert, and a Certified Behavioral Design Coach by the Online Influence Institute. As CMO of a billion-dollar national franchise, he leveraged the power of social proof and online reviews to improve SEO and accelerate growth, as he developed and managed a comprehensive online reputation management strategy that spanned nearly 200 websites. 

 

He has written for Forbes, Small Biz Daily, and several industry trade magazines, contributed to several books and university course packs, and is quoted in the Los Angeles Times as a subject matter expert.

He named his agency after what many B2B PR firms didn't seem to have enough of: Ideas.
