Cian Croghan and Sarthak Sunil Jaiswal are today's hosts for our interview with Karan Bagla, an IT professional based out of Bengaluru in India. Karan's industry experience at Paypal and technology consultancy firm EXL have given Karan experience on both sides of the offshore outsourcing equation, working directly for a large multinational firm in an offshore environment in addition to working for a consultancy firm delivering outsource services for remote clients.
